How can I book my tour online?

Grayline.vn is friendly-user for booking function. You can book tours online by choosing your own tour, and then give us information of departure and end date, number of guest, press "Book now" to submit your tour reservation. You can use "price guide" function for tour price reference. "Search" function also helps you to search for suitable itineraries for your time frame and budget.

Can I customize my tour itinerary?

Definitely you can. If you prefer to tailor your itinerary, please send us an email at contact@graylinegrayline.vn. Our tour consultants will help you to plan a perfect trip.

What do you include/ NOT include in tour price?

All services included or excluded will be advised in tour pages.

Do you offer any discount for group booking?

Yes, we do. Group booking will probably be able to receive discount up to 20%.

What form of payment do you accept?

We accept payment by Cash, telegraphic transfer, major Credit Card ( Visa, Master.. ). For more information about term of payment, please take a look at our terms & conditions

Can I amend my booking after the reservation made?

Yes, you can. Any amendment should be done by 72 hours before tour departure. For more information of amendment, please take a look at our terms & conditions

How do I cancel my booking?

We understand that you probably get some accidental things and must postpone or even cancel the trip. We provide the very flexible policy of cancellation. Please take a look at our terms & conditions for further information

Are there any notification relating to my passport and visa?

It is the responsibility of individual travelers to see that proper documentation is obtained in advance of the trip. Each passenger must be in possession of a valid passport which must be valid for more than 6 months AFTER the return date of travel. Passport number, date and place of issue, and birth date is now required by airlines and trains, and may be required to confirm services. Names on your airline tickets must match the first and last name listed on your passport.

Visa requirements must be met for travel to certain countries. Visa requirements vary according to your nationality. To avoid time consuming, Gray Line Vietnam recommends you obtain your required visas on arrival. Please check our visa-on-arrival services. You may also make your own visa arrangements directly with the embassy / consulate of Vietnam in your country.

Can you make the pick-up arrangement from my hotel?

Basically, we will pick you up from your hotel located in central area. In case your hotel is far from center, please contact us for arrangement.

What should I do if I arrive late for a departure?

We encourage you are ready at the pick-up point minimum 20 minutes before departure. In case you arrive late for a departure, please call our operators, they might show you the next pick-up point and you can take a cab to reach there to join the group.

Where will I be dropped off after the tour finished?

Normally, drop-off point will coincide with pick-up point.

What time will I return from my tour?

 Return time will depend on your own tour program. In common, day trip often ends at 5 or 6.P.M

How much time will I spend at each attraction?

Each tour has its time frame and different from others, so we do not have set time for exploration of each attraction. But do not worry about time spent for each landmark; our tour guide know how to adjust each tour accordingly and will use until the last second to introduce you about attractions.

Will you contact me in case there is a problem?

In case there is a problem with your payment or booking details, we will contact you on the telephone number or email address stated in your booking.

Are my personal information secured?

Absolutely secured. Your personal information is submitted on a secure server and is used only in order to create your voucher or contact you if there are any problems with your booking.
